Clone DescriptionThe 2G9 antibody is a useful reagent for detecting cytolytic effector cells in tissue infiltrates. It was evaluated during HLDA 5 in the section of monoclonal antibodies reactive with intracellular antigens. It may be used to detect intracytoplasmic TIA-1 in flow cytometry after permeabilization with IntraPrep permeabilization reagent.
