Clone DescriptionThe CD34 monoclonal antibody (mAb) used in AQUIOS Stem Kit is named 581. It specifically recognizes a class III epitope of the CD34 molecule as defined by enzymatic cleavage patterns. This 581 monoclonal antibody was assigned to CD34 during the 5th HLDA Workshop on Human Leukocyte Differentiation Antigens in Boston, Massachusetts, USA, in 1993. The CD45 mAb used in AQUIOS STEM Kit is named J33. It was assigned to CD45 during the 3rd HLDA Workshop on Human Leukocyte Differentiation Antigens in Oxford, England, in 1986.
